Iarll's coveralled fireman, Michelle Gammidge, signals driver Colin Dukes to bring the big Fairlie up to a coupling. FR does not under ordinary circumstances employ a brakeman per se as part of the train crew; the fireman is responsible for guiding the driver when coupling and shunting is to be done.
